Good Evening Colleagues  Smiley
I have an Emily Rickard born in the St. Columb Registration District in the March quarter of 1858.   I could not find her on either the 1861 or 1871 census.   Could someone tell me who her parents were and where exactly she was born.   If she was not listed on the census am I to presume to died prior to 1861?   Huh
