I am going to their Upper Towy section local meeting on the 28th of this month, I will raise the issue if I cannot get an answer before

An alternative suggestion. Are you also a member of Carmarthenshire FHS? If not, they are excellent site and have a wealth of information on their web site. Membership for the year is £20 (if you are an existing member unitil 31 Dec they are doing a discounted yearly membership of £15 (25% off)). They also do 30 Day and 7 Day subscription offers. You can also try it free for 24hrs here http://www.uk-genealogy-online.com/registration.htm to see if it might be of use. A list of what is available on the website is given here http://www.uk-genealogy-online.com/whatisavailablewales.htm (under Carmarthensire), membership also allows you to access to information from other Welsh counties, Pembrokeshire, Glomorganshire etc. though the information in these is not as comprehensive. You can then also join their members list and members are very helpful in trying to help each other out with their research.
