I have copies of a family on 1901 and 1911 1901 shows an address of ASCOT STREET CANNING TOWN WEST HAM
1911 SHOWS ADDRESS OF ORDNANCE ROAD CANNING TOWN WEST HAM
on the 1911 census there is a child born whilst parents were living in one of the addresses above, 1903 this shows born Shadwell, how near or how far is Shadwell from Canning Town, I am making plans to go to the ERO but if Shadwell church records aren't there I am wasting my time. Unfortunately this child isn't registered , I know who he should be but there is no registration, Any help appreciated

Depending where you are in Canning Town...it's about 3-4 miles away...

Missed this earlier LM - if by chance it was a Shadwell baptism - it looks as though the records are at LMA

Sorry your excursion to Chelmsford for Canning Town wasn't successful
Cheers Sue

Hello again Louisa Maud,
Trying to reply to your last memo to me, so it's on this site at the moment.
Blythswood Road, Seven Kings. No I don't know who lived there in 1964/1966 I only know of the Lovett connection when I was in New Zealand in 1991 and was talking to my Uncle Bill Lovett and mentioned that when I was first married in 1964 we lived in Lansdowne Road Seven Kings, that was when he said about our tenuous cennection with Blythswood Road.
Is there a Lovett connection in 1964/1966 ??
Regards,
Bob Lovett
