                          Fanny Anson   father William
         married Cheshunt  1 March 1840.
  Does that appear to be him?

If so ...... James Norris  bapt Cheshunt 18 June 1817 father James maother Lydia
          slao poss sibling  Sarah bapt 4 June 1815 Cheshunt

 James Norris married Lydia Kirkin Cheshunt 18 Sept 1814.
