Residing at 1 Charles Street, Brithdir on the 1901 Glamorgan census were
John Williams, head, 33, coal blacksmith, Cardiff
Jane, wife, 32, Monmouthshire
Sons Lewis [10], Emrys [4] and Phillip [1] all Cardiff
Please could someone check for this family on the 1891

I've had a look at the 1881 for him thinking at 13 he could have been an apprentice blacksmith and hopefully a clue that would lead him to 1891, but no such luck.
