Help with marriage in Sligo please

I am trying to help a friend with her Irish ancestry. She knows back to Thomas Foley born 1857 who married Bridget Gillen born 1867. We think the marriage may be Sligo as that is where thier son Martin Patrick Foley was born in 1895. How do I get the marriage certificate?
Another branch has Patrick Flanagan married to Kate Egan possibly in Sligo or Leitrim. We know nothing more about these two.
Any help at all greatly appreciated.

YOu could try. www.groireland.ie  for a marriage cert.
