If you put Barabara Jefferies as the subject in the SMI; it gives slightly more information

Location: Etchingham, East Sussex,  Date:  5 Feb 1739/40:
Bride: Barbara JEFFRIES
Groom: John TOPENNY, born Ticehurst, married by Licence.
