Please can someone help, I just can't find this young lady in 1881 Census

Rowena Nell Norman born 1864 Huddersfield, this is her family in 1871

RG 10 - 4371 - 10 - 14

Also I can't find her in 1891, she marries Arthur Robinson in 1885 and is living in Hoole, Nr Chester in 1901

RG 13 - 3374 - 157 - 41
