Where did you get the reference?  I think this is "Index of Irish Wills, Volume 4" which may be the index of Dromore Wills published by Phillimore in 1918.

Most original pre 1858 Irish wills were destroyed by the 1922 fire in the records office in Dublin and only the index books survive.  These only give name, year and brief address, so will not add to the information you have.  Pre 1858 wills were administered by the Church of Ireland on a diocesan basis, so for Tullylish parish you need to search the Dromore Diocese indexes (not the Down Diocese ones).

PRONI hold c13,500 pre 1858 wills (copies or abstracts) for the counties forming Northern Ireland but no Summervill (any spelling) is listed in the online index at AncestryIreland (subscription site) or the PRONI site's own index.  No Summervill appears for Tullylish parish in any of the will indexes I can find online, but I did find a Walter Somerville of Dungannon, Co Tyrone (1801 will at PRONI) and a William Somerville of Drumballyroney parish, Co Down (1843 will index entry only).

All in all it seems you're out of luck, I'm afraid.

Yes the collection for original wills and administrations held in the pro was destroyed in 1922.,along with most of the will and grant books.
The only exceptions are the Will Books for Down 1853-1858, and Connor 1853-1858

... but sometimes copies and/or extracts were made before 1922 ...

Check out:

Tenison Groves
[Genealogical collection of muster rolls, householders, wills, deeds, parish registers

Originals held in (many) boxes at PRONI.

Microfilmed by LDS:

e.g. Families Sinclair-Thwaites p. 13262-14054
FHL BRITISH Film 258495

[N.B. Some bits can be a tad tedious to trawl through, with the scrawl very difficult to decipher ...]

----

Else, if the family owned land or property, chase up the Registry of Deeds in Dublin.

Copies of wills, or their extracts, occasionally turn up in their archives.

LDS filmed the indexes.
Think they have offered to film the memorial books ("the tombstones") recently.
[ ... or maybe it was the Deeds themselves ...]

The Registry is planning to separate the memorials from the Deeds.
[By locating them in to separate buildings ... to provide protection against disasters ...!]

----

If the family had business interests in mainland Britain then look in the National Archives at Kew in London, for copies of the wills.
[Such had to be proved through "Canterbury".  Early ones are written in a "legal scribe" font, which can be a challenge to decipher.]

I have found copies of the wills of several merchants with connections to Cos. Antrim and Down this way.
[e.g. John BLACK, Francis TURNLY, Richard LATIMER, ...]

Pip pip!
