Hi,
Hoping to find some info on my g.g.g.grandmother Richardson's parents:
Sarah Richardson, b. abt. 1813. Atherstone (1861 and 1871 census)
m. William Grimes (b. Ashby-de-la-Zouch abt. 1816), 30-Jul-1836, St. Margaret, Leicester (IGI)
Children: Thomas, b. abt. 1838
Reuben, b. abt. 1840
Alfred, b. abt. 1845
Emma, b. 16-Apr-1846, Leicester
Any leads would be helpful. Thank you.

Hi

Check the IGI records for Mancetter - this used to be the main parish for Atherstone people.  There are lots of baptisms for Richardson including a Sarah in 1812, parents Michael & Elizabeth.  No guarantee that this is your Sarah of course but perhaps someone on the Leicstershire board would look at the marriage record for you to see if the father is named.
