My Dad aged two in 1891
|
can anyone help please,my cousin and i are unable to find my dad on 1891 census,should be in Shobdon Area,as his three elder brothers were born there,my dad Joseph Henry Hickman born there in 1889 (no address on birth certificate,his younger brother born there also 1893.
parents
William Hickman =Phoebe Hickman
children,Thomas,John,Joseph (aged about two) Fanny are just some of them,
in 1881 they are in Kingswinford and 1901 Dixton Monmouthshire.
any help would be appeciated.

They are correctly indexed as Hickman on the 1891 for Herefordshire

I have access to find my past and searched for ages,They have dad down as one month,he was born may 1889,so maybe this is why i could,nt find them.

Thank-you Carole,
by giveing me the address,I was able to look and found a transcription error,the have missed the family out in Shobdon Addresses and have them down as Richman in census,with birth places completely different,Devonshire instead of Shropshire.I have reported it and hope it can be ammended,
I found it by looking at 2 Windsor cottage,going into original transcription and they are on there next one down from person listed.
