It could well be them.
As much additional info as possible please. 
If it's the correct family John William marries Margaret Morrison in Feb 1860.

Is the spelling "Wiklliam Starkey jnr" your typo or census typo?

i cannot seem to find any of this family after the 1851 census entry
furthermore i cannot find a john william starkey to a margaret morrison marriage anywhere in england in 1860.
nor can i find a john starkey born 1831-1835 and wife margaret anywhere on the 1861 english census,
do you have the marr cert
if not what source do you have with regard to this marriage?

maybe SKS could have a look and see if they can find anything on the censuses.

forgot to mention believe this is definitely the right family all the childrens christenings are on the IGI
at ramsden street independant,huddersfield.
could they have emigrated before the 1861 census?

This makes sense as I believe they all moved to Scotland [may be moved back to Scotland??]. 
Not sure how many generations were in and around Huddersfield. 
Not sure where William and Barbara were married.  WRY looks likely.

The 1860 marriage of John is to Margaret from Kinross, Scotland [IGI].
William & Barbara seem to appear in the 1881 census in Clackmannan.
