Death Michael Devlin

Have been trying to find the death of Michael Devlin b. 1860. Mothers maiden name Ferrigan. The information I have is that he died June 1900 but cant find it on Scotlands People. His widow Jessie married again in Nov. 1900.

I have his birth, marriage, and all the census to 1891 but am lacking his death info.

I`m not sure what I`m doing wrong but just can`t seem to find it on SP.

Hope someone can lead me in the right direction.

Have you tried a year or two before 1900

I know it happened - but if his widow married in November 1900 that was only 5mths after his death

Hi Hume.

Thanks for your reply. Have just downloaded it. Don`t have a clue as to why I couldn`t find it before. Can`t remember now what I put in, but apparently something I did wrong. Had tried several times but just couldn`t find it.

Thanks also Carole for answering. Guess she need someone to help her survive and help support her and her daughter. Don`t think life was that easy for them. Have seen this before where the widow marries again only a few months after the death of her husband.
