Hi Everyone

My GG grandfather, John Brown, married a Jemima Ann Bagshaw of London. The marriage took place on 30 September 1844 at the St Georges Anglican Church in Cape Town, South Africa.

Jemima Ann Bagshaw was christened at St Mary Whitechapel, Stepney, London on 4 July 1827.

Jemima's parents were Samuel and Margaret Bagshaw. Samuel was a painter. At the time of Jemima's christening, the Bagshaw's were living on Leman Street. I have no other information on Samuel and Margaret Bagshaw. Any information on Samuel and Margaret (dates and places of birth, parents, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.
