Good morning

If any CONNOR resercher has lost a relative she is buried in Buxton Cemetery Derbyshire

Details extracted from the headstone

Charlotte Connor, widow of David Connor of the Tower, Bangor C.Down died 10th October 1914 aged 89.

Hi Alf, imteresting tombstone, thanks for sending the photo. I don’t know Bangor well enough, but The Tower appears to be different to The Tower House on the Quay, so the owner in 1907 with the help of http://www.lennonwylie.co.uk/PT19072.htm#BANGOR appears to be
White, Wm., J.P., The Tower, Clifton
but that set me off to Ros Davies website http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~rosdavies/PLACENAMES/CiCz.htm#Ci to find clifton and so found
Clifton  Bangor . house & 3 acres; in Corporation townland near Bangor town; leased by David Connor in 1863 from Robert E. Ward; site of recreation grounds  GV; Bangor p17,  I hope others take on the connections eg marriages etc
