Mount Melleck Church/BMD records relating to Faulkner and Reynolds
« on: Sunday 13 September 09 13:07 UTC (UK) »

Thanks to new information I am led to believe that one or both of the following families originated in Mount Melleck.

Patrick Faulkner (21) (father name only given as Thomas and a Labourer)
Mary Reynolds (20) (father name only given as Michael and a Ship Carpenter)
Married  4 May 1875 @ St Mary & St Patricks Catholic Church School, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. Witnesses: Thomas McGaird? & Bridget Dogherty.

Using the marriage date and working back using their ages, is there any church records out there that might reflect either or both families, BMD's.  Patrick may have an older sister Ellen but this is not substantiated. Patrick's oldest son The family religion is believed to be Roman Catholic.

Any comments/information as always gratefully received
