Hi from Australia,

I am looking for any information I can find about Thomas Hastings who married Elizabeth Mulligan.
The only information I have is their names on the marriage certificate of their daughter Elizabeth who married Hugh Warnock in Benalla Victoria in 1861. Her place of birth is given as Monaghan Ireland about 1838.

Well Hastings/Heasty are often interchangable spellings, so a possible Marriage;  7th  Mar  1832  Thomas Heasty, Tattygare Married  Elizabeth Mulligan, Drumgoask at Tedavnet Church

Thanks, I will have a google and see where that is because I have no idea where in Monaghan they were from. Where did you find that? I haven't managed to find any handy websites for anything other than Down and Antrim yet, most of my research has been concentrated in Down.
