Family history on the radio
« on: Wednesday 16 September 09 19:53 UTC (UK) »

Colleagues

You might be interested to note that at 9.30am this coming Sunday morning (20 September 2009), Wendy Archer will talk family history on the Oxford local radio station "Jack FM". Wendy is Chairman of Oxfordshire FHS, and is also prominent in the Guild of One-Name Studies. She will discuss family history research in Oxfordshire and further afield, as well as looking ahead to the society's 2009/10 programme of events.

Based on similar past broadcasts, I would expect Wendy to be on the air for maybe fifteen minutes. Those resident outside of the Oxford area can listen via the station's website :-

Enjoy !
