Can anyone shed further details on the following three Dunn's who were officers in the Confederate army during the civil war? All three are buried at Petersburg in Virginia.
1st. Major Andrew Dunn 1822 - 1893. He was on General Longstreet's Staff after 1863, early in 1859 he was part of the Petersburg Cavalry. He was wounded when a bomb shell exploded in his home at Petersburg. He was at the wounding of General Longstreet. His service record show lieutenant, his grave states Major, he was recommended by Longstreet for Major in the papers of Officer Sorrel.
2nd Captain Archie W Dunn 1830 - 1897 buried in the same plot as Andrew Dunn at Blandford. I know nothing abour Archie, I assume him to be Andrew's brother. Any military info on Archie would be welcome.
3rd Dr James Dunn 1831 - 1885 Residence: Sycamore St, Petersburg, Virginia Occupation: Doctor Enlistment Date: 19 April 1861 Distinguished Service: DISTINGUISHED SERVICE Side Served: Confederacy State Served: Virginia Any help on military info weather from service records or books or any sources would be extremely helpful. I am interested in any detail no matter how small. I hope someone can help

This item from the Official Records might help a little:
"IIDQRS. FIRST CORPS, DEPT. OF NORTHERN VIRGINIA, Near Parkers AStore, May 6, 1864. General B. E. LEE: GENERAL: We succeeded in getting General Longstreet this far in tolerable comfort. Doctors Cullen, Barksdale, Wood, and Guild have made a partial examination of the wound, which they pronounce not necessarily fatal. I assure you, general, nothing could be announced to General Longstreet5 staff that could give them more pleasure, and we hope that in a short time he will be on duty again. It will afford our dear general great pleasure to know that what he inaugurated has been successfulthat is the entire repulse of the hated enemy. Most respectfully, your obedient servant, ANDREW DUNN, [36.] Aide-dc- Camp."

As he has not returned, I presume that his resignation has been forwarded and miscarried.
Respectively your obedient servant
James Longstreet Lieutenant General.
