1891 Census lookup: William Clydesdale

I am trying to locate William Clydesdale in 1891.  This is the only year we can't find him.  He was born in 1836

1841: HO107 688/14 folio12
1851: HO107 1479 folio144
1861: RG9 69 55 page 18
1871: RG10 117 folio 86
1881: RG11 110 folio90.

1891 I think we have located his wife Mary Clydesdale (RG12 286 124 23) but this lists her as a widow? Maybe this is the wrong Mary?

I have his death certificate - died 13 July 1898 in St Georges Union Infirmary, Fulham Road.  The informant was a doctor. 

Also do records exist for the infirmary that we could access and would we be able to locate where he is buried.

Any help much appreciated

Hi

In 1881 William (Clidsdale) was living at 32 Horse Ferry Road, St Margaret & John the Evangelist, Westminster with his Mother Hannah Clidsdale.  His occupation is General Labouror (unemployed), status Married. His mother died in 1887.

His wife (Mary Ann) in 1881 was living at 3 Russell Court, St George in the East, with 2 of her daughters, Bathea and Ada, and a Joseph Nittel (56).  Her occupation is Tailoress, noted as Head and married.  No relation or condition is entered for Joseph but his occupation is noted as Hay Carter.
