MI look up please
« on: Monday 21 September 09 18:41 UTC (UK) »

Hello ,
Does anyone have access to MI's for cemeteries for Holyhead , my quest is I am trying to find the death and burial place of my greatgrandfathers sister , having just received an incorrect cert for her I thought I would try this approach
Name Margaret Williams on the 1891 census she was 42 and living at Brynhyfryd Trewalchmai
Husband Hugh Williams ,  on the 1901 census  her husband is a widower  same address  , so she must have died between the census , my last findings on BMD could give the death between 1897-1899 , so is there someone who could look for me .

Many Thanks  and Kind Regards   Mrs Griff

Hello Mrs Griff I've just been looking at the gravestone in theburial ground  next to the C.M.chapel in Gwalchmai. It reads in Welsh-----In memory of Evan Peter ,son of Hugh and Margaret Williams,Brynhyfrydwho died Dec.29  1885 aged9years 6mths.     also the said Margaret Williams who died June12  1895aged 46.   There follows two englynion in Welsh  and then-----also the said Hugh Williams who died March 10  1910 aged 58 years. It is an upright slate memorial stone in good condition with the usual weeping willow at the top. I hadn't my camera with me at the time as the weather was so poor.Regards --Jimbach
