For John Pomeroy b abt 1883, Dorchester.

I need to know his profession and if he has a son called Albert

Hi Tracey

The 1901 census shows John living with his mum Mary A, it states that husband is absent and that John is 17.  I think that it says he is a hair dresser, it says own account.
I hope that this is of some help.
