There are a couple of places to look for MIs in the North of Scotland, none are comprehensive as yet, but they are constantly being updated so if you don't find what you are after just now it is worth checking back every month or two.
There are MI books published which cover some of the churchyards, these websites are indexes to those records. Some rootschatters have copies of the books which can be referenced if you ask nicely

I have tried the libindx.moray but have had no luck finding where they are buried. Are there any databases for Keith cemetarys?
The Keith Broomhill Cemetery lair books are currently being transcribed and indexed on LIBINDX by a volunteer, but only about a quarter of them is done so far. So keep an eye on LIBINDX, because if they are buried in Keith they will eventually appear there. But don't hold your breath as it's a long project.
