Births in 'Lower Peover' query

I'm trying to trace the parents / siblings of 'Joseph Bell' born about 1803. He was a carpenter and publican of the 'Ring O Bells' pub in Allostock, Cheshire in the 1841 census; he married Elizabeth Booth.  The Ring O Bells ceased when the Drovers Arms/Inn was built, but Elizabeth Bell (wife of deceased Joseph) took over as Publican.
Potential relatives with the 'Bell' surname also living in Nether Peover / Allostock area in the 1841 and 1851 census' could be:
  • 1. William Bell born about 1803 who was a sawyer
  • 2. John Bell born about 1781, a carpenter who married Ann Longton
  • 3. Thomas Bell born about 1781, wife called Elizabeth
I also discovered that a 'William Bell' was the landlord at the 'Ring O  Bells' in Allostock in 1829,  according to the Allostock parish website. He maybe an older sibling or even the father of Joseph, however I have not found any proof via the Ancestry website or the IGI. I believe William Bell died in 1837.
If anyone has any access to the parish records of this area and can offer some info that may prove the link between these people, I would be very grateful as I live a round trip of 550 miles away Smiley
Thanks.
