I think there are three different entries (line markings). Looks like Bernardus is the illegitimate child and the mother died in childbirth. To the right there is ? Laurentien, who would be the god parent
I have some Baptisms from 1626 and from memory (I am on holidays and have nothing with me ) it goes - date - child's name and then father's name (no name for mother) and then god parents.

Had another look, is it possible that the baby died and that the Laurentien bit is something in Latin.
