Hi there, im really frustrated today lol... Ive been doing my griffiths line of my tree using other trees at genesreunited, and there, I have an Annie Isabella b 1896... daughter of william Griffiths and "emily"... but now, I cant find that damned tree LOL
But on seprate searches via free bmd etc she is there...
so what Im after is to see if she shows up on the 1901 census? she should I believe, be living in wolverhampton...
anybody?

yes please! id love it...
ive gone way back on many sides of the tree lately, but ive now come closer to home again... annie is my great great aunt.. and getting her birth cert means i can finally find who her mom is and follow my great great great nans family... hopefully, for all i know of her so far for sure is that she was "Emily"
so when I couldnt re find that tree, i started doubting if Annie... existed lol (for her niece was annie too but 1908 lol )

No, William is born Warwickshire in 1891 Census also.
William snr is now a coach painter and Thoams, Ernest and Herbert are born.
I have been trying to get into FreeBMD but cant 
Looks like William and Emily may have married Warwickshire about 1878 is William jnr is born there and Emily

ty so much!... yes ive had trouble going further back, not being able to trace births, weddings...
I had started doing the griffiths part way back when i was first starting the tree (but didnt really know what i was doin then and didnt get far lol ) which is now why im re visiting them to add more to the little I know
Annie Isabella I have found married a samuel holland and appears to have had 3 children at least ....
but when i get annies birth cert, hopefully it will have her moms maiden name on and then hopefully i can get somewhere LOL

Closest I can get for one abt 2 on 1881 census.
Maybe a posting for christening look-up might help?
At least if you establish right parents then you could purchase.
The thing is Annie could be the daughter of Emily born abt 1880.
You still then need to establish Emilys snrs maiden name.
I cant find a conclusive marriage of William and Emily though.
Good luck with Annies birth cert.

well the good thing here is i know there are two annies...
the one, is emilys daughter (ive applied for her birth cert yesterday) the other annie is 190.. something, she was my grandads sis, mom knew her, "aunt annie", so thankfully i can differentiate(ooh thats a big word for me lol)
The other good thing is they followed all or most of the familys names, as in, grandads brothers and sisters, were most of the same names as his fathers siblings and the other names, followed my grandads moms side, as in.. My grandad was thomas alfred, thomas after his dads bro and alfred after his moms dad... his youngest brother was robert henry.. robery after his moms dad (alfred robert) and henry after his own dad, william henry
It also appears my grandad could have been a twin, as there was a "William" born around grandads year (grandad was the eldest)... and its usually the first born that carried the fathers name, so......
