Hi i am looking for brothers and sister of Robert Johnson, born 1808-09 in lancashire, married Mary.
In 1851 he is living in lord street, north meols with mary and 5 children, 1841 i have him being married to elizabeth, not sure if same robert, 1861 again lord street with mary and 5 children, 1871 in derby road with mary and 3 children and 1881 in leyland road (the Elliotts staying with them i believe Sarah is a johnson but i dont know where, maybe a niece)
can you help at all. Robert had a daughter Mary who had an illigitimate son (my great Grandfather) she moved to kent, i have her as a johnson but also the father so i thought that maybe the father could possibly be a cousin or half brother !! i dont know his parents as i am sort of stuck on that one too !!

According to the census returns, Robert was born in Kexby, Yorkshire, and Mary in Pontefract.
Robert must have been married previously, as in 1851 he has children who are older than his stepson (ie Mary's son) George Sidebottom.
Lancashire BMD has the marriage of Robert JOHNSON to Mary SIDEBOTHAM (who is also listed as Mary WEBSTER) at Manchester Cathedral in 1849.
Charles E ELLIOTT married Sarah E JOHNSON at Christ Church, Southport in 1866 - her age and birthplace matches Robert's daughter Sarah on the 1851 census.
If you get Robert's marriage cert, it will give you his father's name:
