My g grandmother Harriet Lavinia Keatley of Portsmouth married George Thompson of Stoke Damerel in 1883. George was in Royal Engineers. Harriet had two children George William b1888 and Kathleen Lavinia Crayton in 1890 both born in Portsmouth. Harriet and George divorced in 1896 and both married other people. George can be found with new wife Ann in 1901 census in Devonport with George W aged 12 years and Henry born in Portsmouth (but no birth reg.) aged 10 years.  No sign of Kathleen (she is not with Harriet or George). Have found the siblings of George (Sr) in 1911 census but cannot find George and Ann.  Kathleen eventually emigrated to Canada. Any connections to folk out there. Regards, Maggie.
