The Kent registration services site http://extranet3.kent.gov.uk/sp/rois/marriagesearch.cfm will give a code which can then be checked against a list of codes http://www.fadedgenes.co.uk/KentMarriageRegisters.htm

Faversham now comes under Canterbury and Swale so it looks to be Preston nr Faversham
