Joseph Russ & Hester Wheeler - Marriage lookup please

Can anyone help me confirm the marriage of Joseph Russ chr 23 Jun 1778 Hampstead Marshall Berks to Hester Wheeler?  They had Eliza Russ b c1815 and Joseph b c1816, both alternatively put down as Farnham Royal Bucks or Shottesbrooke, Berks.

I'm not quite sure where I got the name Hester Wheeler from Undecided, like an idiot I didn't record my source for this one so I'm revisiting the family to try and clarify things.  The Russ family are apparently an old Hampstead Marshall family but I don't have too much information on them. (My Eliza went on to marry Henry Stannett 22nd Jan 1831 Farnham Royal).

Any help on this family greatly appreciated, even if it is to point out I've got it totally wrong.

maybe hestor was josephs 2nd wife
only there is this
marriage joseph russ/betty bates
date; 31st jan 1799
place; hampstead marshall,berkshire.
