NORTH BARR FARM BISHOPTON

Hello all Smiley
Starting back on my granda's side of the family again.
On his marriage cert to my gran in 1939 his occupation is Farm Instructor,North Barr Farm, Bishopton.
I presume this is in Lanarkshire? According to mum it was a Boys School for wayward/juvenile boys but she could be wrong.
Does anybody know of this Farm or where I can get any info myself?
Any guidance would be gratefully accepted Smiley

the closest place i can find is northbar house in inchinnan renfrewshire
which is to the east of bishopton
it seems to be described as a 3 storeyed farm house dating from 1742
another name for it is house of hill
