Hi all wondering if you can help at all,

My paternal G/mother has deterorated in health and asked me when I first enbarked on finding my family tree to find her missing siblings she told me that she is 1 of 10 kids born within the Glasgow area now i have been into Reg House and could only find the children that I knew about including herself I even got most of they're death certs apart from 1 as she died in England and i have to contact heer family for to obtain that rec. which now leeds me to think that the babies eithr died @ birth or never survived and I'm getting the names wrong when checking for them!!

Here they are in order including parents (if any1 can give me help I'd be most glad and it would give my Grandma some piece of mind THANKS)

As you have to contact a family in England, perhaps they will be able to give you some information about the missing boys.  You don't say how old your grandmother was in 1940, but as she is presumably child number 2 or 3 as they are the only girls, she would be old enough to know what happened to the child.  Can she remember him as a child at all?  He could have been adopted if he was a war baby, or died as a child.

Are you in touch with the families of the ones you have death certificates for?  They may have more information that your grandmother has forgotten.

Mark Haldane was born 1926 in Kelvin, other Kelvin births are listed below. Years searched were 1926-1945. You would need to go to Reg. Hse to confirm parents
