Hi,

could anyone shed any light on an inscription on one of my ancestors grave stones in Weaverthorpe Church North Yorkshire. It reads like this:

ANN SMITH OF EAST LUTTON, (LATE OF MOUNT SPANIEL)Huh??

She died July 15th 1871. She shares the grave with her Brother George Train who died in 1874.

Hope someone can help???

When I did a google search for "Mount Spaniel"....

it gives details of a toy co. at

Mount Spaniel Farm.
Weaverthorpe, North Yokrshire
