birth lookup please , Hutton

My GGrandfather George Carter was born in Hutton 1811.
Parents John & Eileen, Johns occupation given as farm manager.
Trying to find any information on where they may have been living, where John was managing , any siblings etc. any information appreciated.

 Cheesy Hi Ev. Yes I have seen the Monaro pioneers site. in fact I contributed a lot of the information on that site.Its the Scotland side of things that Im working on at the moment. Trying to find out more on John & Eileen. John is listed as a farm manager in one of the certificates that I have so my thinking is that there could be some sort of record on who was managing what in those times . but as there were no census records before 1841 im finding it a bit of a task.
