Thank you Billy for doing that. And thank you Gobbo for looking up those details. Unfortunately I already have all that information and a lot more besides, in fact anything that can be looked up from a computer in London! I've also been down to Cornwall and Devon looking for the roots of William Pellow, without yet finding where he came from. William Mckeown is equally mysterious although I think he came from Kilcronaghan in Derry. I'm really interested in finding someone else who is researching these families and may have found out some of the less obvious stuff, esp. that which can only be looked up on Jersey. But thanks for showing the interest Cheers, Graham

Hi Graham
A simple way to find other people with the same interests is to put a public family tree on one of the public sites such as Ancestry and see what turns up. However a few Rootschatters might disagree with this advice since once the tree is public it can be collected by tree collectors and your relatives could be incorporated in some large and inaccurate tree structure. Personally I think that the benefits of publication, principally finding living cousins and sharing their knowledge, far outweigh the disadvantages.
Good luck
