Help in finding a marriage please
« on: Friday 05 October 07 21:06 UTC (UK) »

Hello
I am looking for the marriage between Bernard BRACKEN and Margaret CARSON.There first child was born in 1905 so am guessing that they would have married a couple of years before this. They would have married in Belfast and they lived in Massereene Street.
Many thanks for any info.

Ulster Historical Foundation have a Bernard Bracken marriage but in 1915. It costs £6 to view. Are you certain of their first child's birth year? Mind you, they also have a Bernard Bracken birth in 1877 and 1897, so the 1915 marriage could be the chap who was born second (you can view both births for another £6).

Hi Andrea.
Marriage.
Bernard BRACKIN to Margaret Carson, on the 18 May 1894, Belfast Roman Catholic Church, Belfast Urban No 6 district.
Hopefully someone else may be able to add a bit more to the above for you.

Since this request was posted the index to civil registration and 1911 census have both been put online (free) and might help you find further details.
If you've already found the details you were looking for here please go to the 1st post on this thread and modify the title by adding the word 'complete' so it can be moved to completed lookups.
