Voters List Lookup - Atterby

I've just been able to get to our local library who have a subscription to Ancestry. I searched to UK Incoming passenger list and found two members of the family coming "home". They were Edward Atterby in 1932 and Sydney Herbert Atterby in 1929. They both gave their proposed address as 40 St James Ave Gravesend and I wondered if anyone could tell me who lived there.

I would suggest trying Gravesend library.  If they don't have them (or local street directories) they should know what exists and where they are.
