Hi Kerri

If you check on  http://www.bdmhistoricalrecords.identityservices.govt.nz/

Daniel Falkines EVANS married Julia BRAITHWAITE in 1872, and three children registered to them in 1876, 1878 and 1880.

The family had a couple of connections with Victoria.

Daniel Falkiner Evans, died Hawthorn Vic, 1926 aged 81,

According to maritime records, the 8 ton ship "Emily Ellen"

None that I am aware of but I'm not good on passenger lists. It was a pretty small ship.
