I'm trying to find details of this family in 1841 and 1851 census-
James Hampton, born abt 1812, Wednesbury.
Mary Hampton, born about 1819, Eccleshall.

there's also a marriage on LDS

13 Mar 1837 Church Eaton,Stafford  James Hampton to Mary Lees
