Looking for BMD information on Harry (possibly registered as Henry) & Doris Cox, parents of Ronald Frank Cox b.1939, d.1997.

Family originated from IOW and Southampton and relocated to Southport, Lancashire.

Hi,

According to Ronalds death his date of birth was 22nd October, 1938.

A Ronald F Cox was registered December Qtr 1938 Southampton Volume 2c Page 124  mothers maiden name Aldred.

Doris A Aldred and Henry G Cox marriage was registered Fylde in the September Quarter 1924 Volume 8e page 1800.

Thanks Mo, do you have any idea of where I can find the birth date of Harry (Henry) G Cox? Or, do I need to get the wedding cert to obtain parent details?

Hi,

Their marriage certificate is the only way to be certain you had the correct Henry G Cox as it would give their ages and fathers names.  Do you know what year Henry died?
