William Henry Jones

Can anyone help as there are numerous William Henry Jones' .

Looking for the birth of William Henry Jones  around 1860/1.   
1891 census lists him as being born in Manchester with an occupation of Painter and Paper Hanger. 
1901 census says birth is Birmingham!!
He married in Sparkbrook, Warwickshire on February 4th 1884. 

Father John Joseph Jones (taken from William's marriage certificate of 1884).  John is dead by this time and his occupation was recorded as a Clerk.

William married Martha Bedford and they had 2 children Lily and Henry William.

In 1881, there is William Jones, 21, Unm, a house painter, lodging with Samuel Till (also a House Painter) and wife Mary A  at 19 Greenway Street, Aston, B'ham.  William was born in Aston, B'ham.  There were no other William Jones in B'ham with a similar occupation.  RG11/3024

Were either of the witnesses to the marriage surname Jones

No witnesses to the marriage are listed as Henry William Howell and Jane Howell
