Burials in Clayton le moors pre 1889 ?

Does anybody have any information on burials in CLayton le Moors before the above date ?  I am trying to trace a couple of burials that are not listed in Dill Hall Lane cemetery as they are too early.

Hi Tina,

You could try Great Harwood or Altham both of which have burials listed on www.lan-opc.org.uk and I know a lot of people from Clayton le Moors are buried there.   All Saints Clayton le Moors also have some listed but only up to 1863. 
Then there was the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel in Barnes Square which had a Graveyard or St. Marys RC Church on Burnley Road, Dunkenhalgh. 

Just a few for starters.

Oh my goodness thanks so much for that............I had no idea some of these records would be online !!! It makes it a little easier because I live in Denmark !!!
