Could someone please carry out a Jersey look up for a Helena Willings about 1864, mother Ann she also had a sister Anna Bella b1862.
Ann married a willings  had the 2 girls then married a Thomas Palmer and had a daughter Ann.
Any help much appreciated

in 1871 the mother is A C. Palmer - could the "C" be an "E" mistranscribed -and if so is this her in 1861-living in same area as in 1871?

Wow what a lot of info,
So Ann Palmer was married to willing 1st then palmer I think all info is correct you have so all i need to find is her Maiden name. will look into everything you have given me now.

there are 2 names listed as being on same page - you can look at it free on FreeBMD -do you know how to use that site???
I looked in Jersey 1851 for Ann E ? b St Martin c.1842-44 but there were too many possibilities
I did find Ann Le Gresley - wondered (as she was lodging with Gresley family in 1861 ) if that might be her -and she was maybe with an uncle in 1861???
But this is guess work
If you post the middle names on your posting on Jersey board -maybe that will help someone look up BMD's

I have an index entry for a birth of Anna Bella Hender Willing in St Martin, 4th May 1857 to 16th July 1866 on page 68.
I have not as yet found one for Helena but I need to do a bit more searching.

Helena Augusta Victoria Willing, St Martin Births, 4th May 1857 to 16th July 1866, page 96.
Ann Elizabeth May Maude Palmer, St Martin Births, 30th June 1866 to 23rd January 1873, page 44.
I'll look at the certificates in the next few days and establish who the parents were.

Birth details:
Ann Elizabeth May Maude Palmer, born 3rd Oct 1863 at Faldouet. Father - William Henry Willing, Mother - Ann Elizabeth Batchelor. He was a mariner.
Helena Augusta Victoria Willing, born 28th May 1870 at Faldouet. Father - Thomas James Palmer. Mother - Ann Elizabeth Batchelor. He was also a mariner.
So I guess it now requires a death for WHW and a marriage to TJP.

Me again
I have searched all of the marriage and death records in St Martin.
There are no Willing deaths.
The are no Willing or Palmer marriages in St Martin.
There is only one Batchelor marriage in St Martin but that is for Ammelia Ann to William George Bradbury on 1st June 1855.
There is no baptism record in St Martin for AEMMP.
There is a baptism record for HAVW and this shows the godparents as George Frederick Norman and Amelia Ann Batchelor.
There are no Jersey records for a Willing death at sea.
I think I've exhausted this one!
