I am struggling to find my great grand father Patrick Joseph Matthews born 1854-1858. I have him in England from 1885 when he married Catherine Daley He stated on his marriage cert that his father was Patrick Matthews Stone mason On census he states he was born in Drogeda Co. louth I found a possible baptism for 1858 in Termonfeckin showing Father Patrick Mathews Mother Catherine Hoye. The difference in birth dates is due to different ages on census and marriage certs. I would be grateful for any help in trying to track down his birth and parents.
