I see there's been no response on this one and not clear what you are asking for, but regarding William James GARDINER's birth, there is no place Dutchworth (or similar) in Herefordshire.

However, there is a Datchworth in HerTfordshire (county to the north of London).  There is a baptism in Datchworth of a William Webb GARDANER , 22 Aug 1824, mother Eleanor.

Obviously the surname GARDINER/ENER/ANER was rather fluidly spelt in those days and the forename Eleanor would also have been fluid - Ellen, Helen, etc. 
No father was given to this recorded event.   

I suspect this may have been your man.
