Please can someone check the 1891 census for the above. The son of Honorah and John Christian. Can`t find him on the 1901 census or a death for him.

He appears in 1891 census at home with parents John and Hanora. Aged 23, born Tredegar and is a puddler/tin plate.

Do you want the whole Census?
I cant find a Marriage or Death either. Could he have emigrated?

Thank your trish. He had a brother Bartholomew, I couldnt find any information regarding him either, think he was 20 years on the 1891 census. What do you suggest next where to look what happened to Michael.

Michael is in Pontypool for the 1911 census. Haven't spotted Bartholomew as yet.

I just searched for his name in Monmouthshire and only one showed up in Pontypool aged 42. I did have a look for any other Christian in the same household, but he appeared to be by himself.

The Christians came from Cork, the 1911 census is free to view online in Ireland. It seems so unfair that England and Wales have to pay
I wonder if this will change at some time ?
