Could he have had other siblings as well as those mentioned above? Charles christening was only weeks before John's but they are only christening dates - not actual birthdates

Saw your message re Israel Hobson, cannot say for certain but suspect Israel bapt 18/10/1794 son of Israel & Rebecca  ?? is the one you may want.
I have a copy of a will for Edward Hobson of Beverley St John & St Martin March 1731/32.
Parish record entry, Edward Hobson of Weel Farmer buried 11/ Jan 1731/32.
Edward Hobsdon of Weel, Yeoman,
To my loving wife Jane whom i appoint sole executive all my personal estate.
To my sonEdward Hobson, 1s
To my son Israel Hobson, 1s,
To my daughter Sarah Hobson, 1s,
To my son Thomas Hobson, 1s
There is no baptism entry for Israel Hobson in the Parish records, he could have been a son from his 1st marriage before Jane as i suspect Edward who is his elder brother mentioned in the will bapt 30/May/1703 the other children in the will were to the marriage of Edward & Jane
Edward Hobson (Widr) & Jane Hardy both of Weel married 18/11/1715.
Jane Hobson widow of Weel buried 20/05/1752.
