The record is on the IGI (International Genealogical Index) at www.familysearch.org
Submitted entries to the IGI often contain inaccuracies as they are somebody else's version of events - not always properly researched and checked against records. In a lot of submitted entries - the information is just a "guesstimate"
This is why I always issue a cautionary note when quoting from a submitted entry - it has absolutely nothing to do with why you want the info or what you intend doing with it. We all want our family history to be as accurate as possible
Extracted records are transcribed from the original records and are most times far more accurate
From the information you have given - there is a discrepancy in William's birthyear between his age when he married and when he died 3yrs later
It also looks as though he may have been illegitimate as no fathers name is shown
Both William and Rose were born before 1837 which is when Civil Registration was introduced in England
This means that any birth/baptismal entries will only be found in parish records. It is transcriptions from parish records that make up the IGI

I am posting this IGI entry as a possibility - it is an extracted record
Dutchworth could be Datchworth and Hereford could be Hertford. It needs checking against whatever record you got the info from in your original post
