I am from Australia and am looking for anyone who might have the same roots. I believe the family of Edward Hutton Stallworthy and Mary Ann (nee Viccars) sailed from London on 22nd October, 1852 bound for Port Phillip, Victoria, having paid 60 pound for their passage.
Children accompanying them: Edward, Catherine, Richard, William and an infant, Christopher.
Other children were born in Australia. Eleanor Maria Stallworthy 12/5/1856 George Vicars, 1854 and Emily in 1859. I'd truly appreciate any information.

there is a birth in 1852 july /aug/sept/ qtr of a christopher stallworthy
the reg.dist. of the birth is the same dist as the above family were in
this seems to add creedence to the fact this is probably your family

the richard age 2 in 1851 census

the reason i have posted the birth index is because interestingly there is also a birth in 1841

this richard died in the same qtr 1841 possibly the first child of your couple(although it as been transcribed as stallworth on the image it is definitely stallworthy)
there is a family in waterperry oxfordshire whose head of household could well be your edward hutton stallworthys brother

Wozzle, what can I say..but many thanks for your brilliant effort.
Ezra Stallworthy had two sons, Willaim and Edward, Ezra was Edward's father.
I'm learning more each day, thanks again for the great work..You're the best!

or you could start a new topic (there would be more chance of more people looking for wnat you are after. and obviously the more people looking the better chance of finding what you want)
