Broomfields, Bradford
« on: Sunday 11 October 09 23:03 UTC (UK) »

Would anyone happen to have any old pictures of the Broomfields area of Bradford prior to the clearances of the 1930's?  In particular Bolling Street, but anywhere in the vicinity will do.

If anyone has any info at all on the area it would be a help.

Thanks

Mike

Taken in 1972 this photo was taken from Ripley Street looking down towards Broomfields.

Mike, if you want more pics than that which Dave kndly sent, you could ask the Bradford Library Local Studies Section  if they have any they'd scan and send.
Local Studies Librarians are usually very helpful and keen on their topics. Worth a try Grin
